Top Top 10 Programming Languages Widely used by Program on Github.

Now when everyone is moving from papers to digital world, the race has begun. Now, having a basic knowledge about the tech is not sufficient. Learning how to express in the web world has now become a necessity.
Coding is a skill, a language that is really opportunistic and in demand. It is a language that is written in a set of codes that execute the intended matter. Coding is an art of analysing, developing, verifying, understanding algorithms and writing set of instructions and programmes. Written programs are now very necessary and are highly in demand due to its importance in the web niche.
Analysing the increasing demand of the Coding skill and increase need of attractive and interactive programmes ‘GitHub’ provides easy platform to learn and master the Coding Language. GitHub has now been helping in learning Programming language since past 10 years and has satisfied the learners and helped them.
With time, GitHub has become a stage for interactive coding learning and has not the end. It also is a common platform where programmers interact with each other, work with each other, crack codes together and share their knowledge. GitHub, till now has provided a learning experience to 1.5 million commits and still counting. It recently conducted a survey, and in its report column in “Annual Octobers Report” which is the company’s own user conference; has published the statistics stating the most popular programming language, most forked open source projects etc.
If someone is thinking of choosing a suitable programming language to learn then, selecting one is the main hurdle. It all depends on what does that individual want to accomplish from the code. Starting from coding a mobile app to researching, everything has different requirements. Different languages are flexible in one and another way. It’s always better to be free of confusion and have a clear concept of what results you desire from your programme. To acquire a general idea of programming it is always good to research about each programme individually.
Among hundreds, the most popular ones always have some hand above the others. Might be their access or their coding, something or other feature in them attracts the attention of world’s most of the programmers. Knowing the popularity of these languages can also help someone who is trying to learn this digital language to choose from all the options available. A coding ritual becomes popular due to its principle features and thus knowing its popularity can help.

According to survey by the GitHub, the most popular and highly chosen programming languages were as follows:-

Programming Languages 1 : JavaScript
2 : Python
3 : Java
4 : Ruby
5 : PHP
6 : C++
7 : CSS
8 : C#
9 : GO 10 : C
The survey also presents with the number of people who prefer the above programming languages. Some of the data, when compared by the GitHub includes some very informative reports. As compared with the previous years, JavaScript stays the best choice by all. The impact of JavaScript is so powerful, that the amount of pull requests by JavaScript is more than combined of Python and Java which rank 2nd and 3rd. JavaScript continues to rule the web space and is the most favourite of the programmers with an upper hand from its followed counterparts.
Java is most easy and widely accepted programming language. Due to its acceptance worldwide, it is also inculcated in school curriculum. Its engagement in academics makes it more popular and preferable programming language. As Javascript shows most satisfactory interpretation of its coding, the programmers chose this over others.
In year i.e. 2017 ‘Python’ has shown some impressive results. It has 40% more pull requests as compared to previous years. Python replaced Java from its place from the 2nd to 3rd in 1 year and that too with 1 million pull requests. Python is widely used due to its philosophy. Python aims at code readability most importantly, using the whitespace indentation to delimit code blocks rather than the keywords. The syntax of Python allows user to write programmes in fewer lines of code as compared to other languages.
